Hi, I'm Gigi. We're gonna do some yoga today, and I'd like you to follow along with me.
So first, we're gonna make sure our feet are spread apart shoulder length,
and we're gonna stretch our arms really high up above our heads.
Go to the side. It's a really nice stretch up in here.
And we always want to do that for both sides of our bodies for stretches like this.
